These terms govern your use of ejaries.ae and any Ejari registration or related service ordered through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Operator
Ejaries.ae is operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO, Trade Licence 78065 (IFZA), VAT Registration 105334659700003. Registered address: Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Operational address: 2604, Aspect Tower, Al Mustaqbal Street, Business Bay, Dubai.
2. The service
We prepare, verify, and submit Ejari registrations to the Ejari system on your behalf, and we deliver the resulting registered certificate to you. We do not draft tenancy contracts, advise on the legal merits of tenancy disputes, or act as legal representatives in court or tribunal proceedings. Where matters fall outside the scope of an Ejari registration, we will refer you to the appropriate Cendale desk or to qualified counsel.
3. Eligibility and accuracy of information
You confirm that you are authorised to register the tenancy you are submitting, that the contract is valid, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We rely on the documents and information you supply. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorised submissions.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are displayed at checkout in AED and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Government and authority fees are itemised separately from our service fee. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept payment through the gateway shown at checkout.
5. Timelines
Stated turnaround times are working estimates and depend on the responsiveness of the authority, the completeness of your file, and external factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the authority or by missing information from you or your counterparty.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to use ejaries.ae to submit false information, to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, to scrape or copy substantial portions of its content, or for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on ejaries.ae — including text, layout, brand marks, and the design system — is the property of Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any single order is limited to the service fee paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rent, lost time, or downstream consequences of a delayed or rejected registration.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of authority, system outages of the Ejari platform, or general internet or banking disruption.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
