Your Ejari is the official record of your Dubai tenancy — the certificate you need for DEWA, visas and government dealings. We review the tenancy documents and coordinate the supported registration process. Completion depends on the required approvals, correct records and acceptance through the applicable registration channel.
A new tenancy should be registered on Ejari early — before you connect DEWA or start a visa file that needs proof of address. Our standard residential Ejari registration support starts from AED 299 plus VAT. The fee covers the stated private filing-support work. Official charges are separate and are paid to Dubai Land Department. DLD publishes the total as AED 177.75 through the Dubai REST app or the DLD website — AED 100 to register the tenancy contract, AED 10 knowledge fee, AED 10 innovation fee, AED 55 service partner fee and AED 2.75 VAT on that fee — or AED 220 at a Real Estate Services Trustee Centre. Ejari registration records your Dubai tenancy in the official DLD/RERA system and produces an Ejari certificate, which is used as proof of a registered tenancy for DEWA, visas and more.
