Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO is a free zone company registered in Dubai under Trade Licence 78065, issued by IFZA. Our registered address is Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate from 2604, Aspect Tower, Al Mustaqbal Street, Business Bay.

2. Information we collect

To register an Ejari contract on your behalf, we collect:

  • Names, Emirates ID numbers, and passport details of landlord and tenant
  • Tenancy contract details, property unit information, and DEWA premise number
  • Contact information including email, telephone, and correspondence address
  • Payment information processed by our payment provider
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Prepare and submit Ejari registrations to the relevant authority
  • Verify identity and eligibility for the service requested
  • Communicate with you about your file
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and registration certificates
  • Comply with UAE tax, anti-money-laundering, and record-keeping obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with:

  • The Dubai Land Department, RERA, and the Ejari system, to the extent required to complete your registration

5. Where we store it

Records are held on infrastructure located within the UAE and on reputable cloud providers operating UAE-region data centres. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we use providers with recognised data-protection standards.

6. How long we keep it

We retain transactional records for the period required by UAE tax law (currently five years) and registration files for as long as is necessary to support you with renewals, replacements, or disputes. After that, records are securely deleted or anonymised.
